Finding Treasure in the Forest
Posted: Mar 24, 2017 by: Sarah Cobb (scobb) on: Giraffes, Panthers & Zebras
Today, Years 1 and 2 have visited the Forest School site with some of the SCITT teachers to find the pirate's treasure. Children have been using positional and directional language to lead their partner to the treasure! They had to make a path using sticks and then direct their partner...we have been using words such as left, right, forwards, backwards, half turn and quarter turn. Well done everyone and a BIG 'Thank you' to our SCITT teachers! :-)
