We are seeking to recruit a KS2 teacher with experience of: teaching in Year 6, a strong track record of excellent classroom practice and experience in leading a core subject across the school. The successful candidate will demonstrate high expectations for pupil achievement, strong behaviour management and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning. They will have experience in monitoring and tracking pupil progress using data to inform teaching, identify gaps in learning and support whole-school improvement. They will be enthusiastic about supporting pupils in their final year of primary education and confident in preparing them for transition to secondary school. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to whole-school development will be essential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic teaching assistant to offer 1-1 support to some of our most vulnerable pupils. This will be a challenging but very rewarding role in a school at the heart of our village community. We serve a varied catchment and provide excellent care and teaching to our pupils. The post involves working 1:1 in all aspects of a pupil’s day (learning, playtimes, lunchtime and emotional support/nurture.)
You will be joining a very dedicated and friendly team who are both hard working and supportive of one another. The teaching and support staff work closely to bring about the best possible outcomes for the children in their care.
We would ask that applicants outline any prior experience and strengths that they bring to the role taking particular note of the desirable and essential criteria set out in the person specification. Any specific SEND or behaviour experience or training will be of particular interest.
