SEND Information Report

Our SEND Information Report provides detailed information about the support and provision currently available for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities at our school. It explains how needs are identified, how progress is monitored, the types of support available, and how we work collaboratively with parents, carers and outside agencies to ensure positive outcomes for all pupils. The report is designed to help families understand the graduated approach we use and the practical ways we adapt teaching and learning to meet individual needs within our inclusive school community.
