Bug hunting at Forest Schools

This year, in KS1 we are carrying out a longitudinal study of the insect life at our Forest School site. We searched for bugs under logs, at the base of trees, under leaves, on the bark of trees and in the canopy of the bushes. We are hoping to find out how the number of insects change throughout the year.
