Breakfast, After School and Holiday Club

We have a Breakfast and After school club located in the school and the Church Resource Centre. The 115 club is ofsted registered and run by qualified staff who organise a range of fun activities and play opportunities. The school provides a safe and secure environment in which the children can play with friends and make new ones. They also run a club during all School Holidays from 3 school sites in the Bournemouth area. For further information regarding opening times and cost please refer to their website.

After School Activities

There are various activities after school provided by independent external organisations.

Mondays - Street Dance - 3:15 - 4:20pm - School Hall - £4 per session (paid half termly prior to start of each half term) - Yrs 3-6

Street Starz - For boys and girls from Year 3 upwards - The classes are organised by Emma Walthall, a fully qualified dance teacher with over 10 years experience of teaching ballet, tap, modern ballroom and street dance to children of all ages. Street Dance is an active, upbeat, fun way for children to learn how to dance to music they love. As well as building confidence and self esteem it is a great way to maintain a health lifestyle.

Mondays - Rippa Rugby - 3:20 - 4:20pm - School Field - £5 per session (paid half termly prior to start of each half term) - Yrs 3-6

Rippa Rugby - For boys and girls from Year 3 upwards - Tag/Touch based rugby games and play designed with the objective to develop skills such as catching, passing, invasion, evasion, spatial awareness and decision making.  It develops communication skills and improves overall fitness levels.

Tuesdays - Karate - 3:20 - 4:30pm - School Hall - £6 per session (paid half termly) - Yrs 2-6

Sport Karate - For boys and girls from Year 2 upwards) - The classes are organised by Collin Rudkin, an ex-England Elite squad member who has won many titles at National & International level. Sport Karate is an exciting and dynamic way of keeping fit, whilst learning an effective form of Self-Defence.

Wednesdays - Before School Tennis Club - 7:30am - 8:30am - School Field - £2.50per session (paid half termly)

Before School Tennis Club - Is run by Sway Lawn Tennis Club at Bransgore Primary School. The course will take place on Wednesdays at 7.30 - 8.30am and run for 6 weeks with each session lasting for 60 minutes. The cost of this course is £15.00. Please note there are only 20 places available and are given on a first come first served basis. Dates are as follows: 14th, 21st, 28th September 5th, 12th, 19th October

Sway is a fast growing and thriving club with a friendly reputation located in the New Forest. Wednesday - GODZONE - 3:15 - 4:45pm - St Mary's Church - Cost £2.00 per session

GODZONE+ A Youth Club for Bransgore Primary School Children - GODZONE+ is a place for young children to have fun, meet friends, make new friends, enjoy well planned and well structured activities and games in an environment which is comfortable, welcoming, fun, safe, clean and open. Children are picked up from school by members of the club, please be aware that a registration form must be completed prior to a child attending Godzone+ The completed form can be handed in to the school office.

Wednesday - Sporty Saplings - 3:20 - 4:10pm - School Hall - Cost £7 per session

Sporty Saplings for Years R & Yrs 1 - 3 Sporty Saplings is run by Jax Dinnage and endeavours to develop your child's agility, balance and coordination along with learning about sportsmanship and fair play. £7 per session paid termly. For more information please call: 07887 537937.

Thursday - Beat Bopperz - 3:20 - 4:10pm - School Hall - Cost £5 per session - Foundation and Yrs 1 - 3

Beat Boppers for Years R & Years 1-3 - Classes are organised by Kirsten Bannister for children who want to learn funky dance moves and have some fun. Classes will incorporate various dance genre including street dance, hip hop and Zumba. Child friendly routines are used using current and old chart tracks for all dance choreography. Thursday - Netball - 3:20 - 4:20pm - School Playing Field - £2.50 per session - Years 5-6

Bransgore Netball Club - Years 5&6 - Come and improve your skills, keep fit and have fun! Beginners welcome. - These sessions will run for seven weeks up until October Half Term. Payment is £2.50 per session payable in advance (on the first session please) – Cheques payable to A.Rideout or cash.

Unfortunately, there is a limit of 20 children per session, so to make it fair, the Club will be based on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to call or email Alison Rideout on 07815523250 / stephen.rideout@tiscali.co.uk to confirm your child’s place prior to the Club starting. The School Office will not know how many spaces are left. Please complete the registration form below and bring it to the first Netball session.

Friday - French Club - 3.20 - 4.20pm - The Cabin- £6.20 per session plus a one off registration fee - All Years

Le Club Français is an active language learning programme, specifically designed to introduce French to early learners. Each club session consists of a language learning point, an opportunity to practise what has been learnt and plenty of games, songs and activities, to strengthen this learning procedure.

Whilst making friends and interacting, the children are learning valuable social skills! They will have enormous fun learning through doing, making, playing, singing and acting out mini-sketches featuring a whole range of vocabulary …at Le Club Français!
