We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic part-time, higher-level teaching assistant (23.75 hours per week) The role would include covering teachers PPA across the school.
We would ask that applicants outline any prior experience and strengths that they bring to the role taking particular note of the desirable and essential criteria set out in the person specification. After School Club Assistant

- Salary: Grade B - FTE £24796 – Pro Rata Approx £3769
- Contract type: 6 hours and 45 minutes per week Tues, Thurs and Fri – 15:30 – 17:45
- Closing Date: 12 noon Wednesday 22nd October 2025

We are hoping to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic, After School Club assistant to offer support to children in the Extended day provision. The role will involve working in all aspects of the club, assisting other staff with the day to day running of the provision ensuring that the service meets the care, play and educational needs of the children. This role will include ensuring the children have an afternoon snack and all dietary requirements are met.
We are looking for a reliable person to join our friendly and hardworking team. Applicants are invited to state strengths and experience that support the essential and desirable criteria attached in the Person Specification.
The After School Club Assistant role can be combined with either the Lunchtime Assistant or Teaching Assistant roles. If you would like to apply for both please state in your application. You do not need to complete two seperate application forms.
