Wax crayon skills

The children have been making 'rainy day' pictures using wax crayons and watercolour paints. They spent a lot of time putting detail in their drawing and then colouring carefully with wax crayons to make a waterproof layer...all before we used a blue wash for the rain. Amazing artists and resilience!
